Happy Birthday to Us!
Time certainly flies – in fact, we barely remembered Euro Quality Lambs started up this very month 25 years ago, much to our disbelief!
Having started out from humble beginnings, we’re so pleased with where we are today. We’ve acquired our very own 108-acre farm and, with our specialist facilities capable of processing up to 25,000 carcasses in a single week, we feel privileged to be sharing the best of British lamb with the rest of the world.
Our team has grown a little bit over the years and we now work with over 90 brilliant people at our Craven Arms facilities. We couldn’t have achieved what we have without them, with so many fantastic people contributing so much on a daily basis to keep us ticking.
To show our appreciation, we decided to hold a small party for all our amazing colleagues, but we kept this a surprise for a special few – Mohammed, Mark and Rita – who have been with us from the very beginning.
Needless to say, they were left speechless (for once!) when they were presented with gift vouchers and a well-earned hip-hip-hooray erupted from everyone!
It was a memorable day for all and no doubt everyone enjoyed the pizza and cake. We’ve already had some of the team asking when the next party is – here’s the next successful 25 years!
