Payment information

The available methods of payment are (i) bank transfer and (ii) Super Payments (payments through your online banking app) as there are no payment processing charges involved.

If you choose bank transfer at the checkout as your payment method, bank details are provided when an order is placed.

If you prefer to pay through Super Payments, the checkout will take you to your banking app where you securely login and make payment with full confidence without using your credit or debit card. We will never be holding any of your banking or card details.

Delivery

Delivery Prices

Standard Delivery is available for nationwide mainland UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) and costs £25 for Full Lamb Box and £20 for Half Lamb Box orders.

You can also choose to collect from our abattoir (SY7 9PA) free of charge (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Dates

All orders received by Monday afternoon will be processed on Tuesday and will be despatched on Wednesday for the next day courier delivery. You will receive a despatch confirmation email or WhatsApp with tracking details.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am – 6pm. You can specify in your order instructions if you want the box to be left in an alternative safe place (e.g with a specified neighbour or at a specified location) if you are not home. You can track the parcel online with your consignment number and a postcode.

Insulated Packaging

All our meat is freshly slaughtered and cut onsite and is suitable for freezing. The meat is ordinarily packed in 1kg freezer bags (desi cuts for Asian cooking) to facilitate further frozen distribution if needed.

Your meat will be delivered in an wool-insulated box with frozen gel ice packs. The meat will stay safe and cool for 48 hours. Upon receipt, please use the meat for immediate cooking or put in the freezer for later cooking/consumption.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are always grouped on Monday, ready for processing on Tuesday or Wednesday. This means that any order placed by 12pm on Monday will be despatchd on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday of the same week. Any orders received after this time will not be processed and delivered until the following week.

Tracked courier delivery is available across the mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK.

Delivery is charged at £25 per box of upto 20kg. Extra box will incur additional £20 delivery charge. You can also collect your order from us directly at no charge.

All our meat is freshly slaughtered and butchered at our Shropshire premises and is suitable for freezing. All meat is either vacuum or tray packed (to prevent piercing where on-the-bone), or packed in 1kg freezer bags (desi cuts for Asian cooking) to ensure quality and food safety.

It will be delivered by our courier partner in an wool-insulated box with frozen gel ice packs. The meat will stay safe and cool for 48hrs after despatch. As soon as you receive it please put it into your fridge for immediate preparation or into the freezer for later consumption.

If you are not going to be home please ensure you tell us where to leave the box in the note section of the order.

No, due to the nature of our product, there is no minimum order value.

We do send a tracking number with the dispatch confirmation email which you can use to track online. Deliveries are typically made between 8am – 6pm.

Yes. We only slaughter Halal.

We offer a bespoke service and work closely with both the Halal Food Authority (HFA) and the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). Please get in touch with our team by emailing online@euroqualitylambs.co.uk if you have any requests or questions about this in relation to your order.

We facilitate payments by bank transfer and Super Payments only. This is to avoid card processing fee, which would otherwise make the price higher for our customers.
