Payment and delivery

Payment Information

The preferred method of payment is bank transfer as there is no payment processing charges. Bank details are provided when an order is placed.

When enabled we can offer payment via Credit or Debit card. Any card payments are handled by Square. Card payments take place in a secure environment on Square’s servers and we do not see or record your card details. As part of the payment processing, Square will receive and store your contact and billing information.


Delivery Prices

Standard Delivery is available nationwide mainland GB (excluding Highlands & Islands) and costs £5 for orders above £50 and £10 for orders below £50.

You can also choose to collect from us free of charge (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Dates

All orders received by Monday afternoon will be processed on Tuesday or Wednesday and delivered the following day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email or whatsapp with tracking code.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am – 6pm. You can specify in your order instructions if you want the box to be left in an alternative safe place (e.g with a specified neighbour or at a specified location) if you are not home. You can track the parcel online with your tracking number and if you are not in to receive it you can collect it from the courier’s nearest depot at your convenience (please check their depot’s opening hours).

Insulated Packaging

All our meat is freshly slaughtered and butchered at our Shropshire premises and is suitable for freezing. The meat is ordinarily vacuum or tray packed (to prevent piercing where on-the-bone) to ensure quality and food safety.

It will be delivered in an wool-insulated box with frozen gel ice packs. The meat will stay safe and cool for 48 hours. Immediately upon receipt please put it in your fridge for immediate consumption or your freezer for later consumption.
