Euro Quality Lambs’ quality hand selected half lamb box with cutting options.

Please note: No mincing is available at present. Dicing is performed instead.

Orders placed by 12noon on Monday will be processed the same week for the delivery on Thursday. Orders placed after 12noon on Monday will be processed the followed week for the delivery on Thursday of the following week. 

Expect 7-8kg after cutting. The weight of the whole lamb and cuts will vary but the products and approximate weights are:

premium leg carvery roast (under two kilo), 2 boneless victoria roasts (about a kilo each), 7 cutlets (under a kilo total), 5 T-bone chops (under a kilo total), 4 boneless premium leg steaks (about half-kilo total), mince (about a kilo).
