Goat is a great lean product with a different flavour profile to lamb. It can be cut similarly to the EQL lamb box . We need to order 20-30 goats at a time to make it work for the farmer. Please register your interest here and we will be in touch when we have reached our minimum order. Expect 14-16kg after cutting.
