It contains seven core vitamins and minerals – Niacin (B3), B6, B12, Pantothenic acid (B5) Phosphorus, Zinc and Potassium – that are collectively shown to have a range of health benefits.
Niacin (B3), B6, B12 and Pantothenic acid (B5) help us to shake off feelings of tiredness and fatigue and the same four vitamins, along with potassium and phosphorus, play important roles in improving our health and well-being.
