Our core business is supplying carcasses. For existing customers, all cuts of lamb and trim can be provided upon request.

With an extensive range of tasty cuts of lamb available, each with its own unique texture and qualities, lamb is the most diverse meat available to us – making it perfect for enhancing a wide variety of different recipes.
