We work with our experienced casings contractor to supply selected and non-selected British lamb & sheep casings according to customer requirements. Selections are done on the basis of length, A, B or C quality and calibration (diameter). Spooled products are also available.
Our 100% natural lamb & sheep casings are produced from intestines taken from the finest British livestock and are perfect for fresh sausages and merguez.
Each casing is translucent to ensure a professional and appetising finish. Our lamb & sheep casings are also absorbent for additional flavour and preservation purposes and are pressure-robust to ensure that structure and shape are maintained during the filling process.
